Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is our immense pleasure this year as we are able to send our students (12) to South Korea. Almost our training, and meetings, and breifings are almost over. However, please follow this directions for the upcoming days.

Last Meeting with Parents: 2081-07/14 (Wednesday) at 10:00 am (School Library)

Note:

1.We have to divide our gifts to hosts in South Korea to be carried in students suitcase.

2. We are flying via Yeti Airlines at 7:45 AM from Pokhara International Airport. All students must be brought to school by parents/guardians by 6:15 am. The school bus will drop us to the airport. Parents can join us to the airport.

3. Our flight to Korea via Hongkong is at 21:00 and we have plenty of time in Kathmandu. We are planning to rent a room near  the airport for us to take rest and prepare for the long night journey.

4. Make sure the hand carrier should not exceed 7kg and don't put liquids more than 150 ml in your hand carrier.

5. Any discussions topics will be discussed in the meeting (Wednesday).
